For over 50 years our policy has been to design, engineer and manufacture quality diamond tools that enable the end user to produce their products at a lower unit cost.
We realize that our customers must rely on the experience and the integrity of the diamond tool manufacturer for the value they receive on all diamond tooling.
For experienced and helpful service, contact us via telephone, fax, E-mail or through the internet. We will be pleased to be of assistance to you in selecting the correct diamond tooling for your specific application. The correct diamond tool for any application is based on the materials being machined, finish desired, type of machine to be used on, and any other factors pertaining to the proper use of diamond tooling.
CREDIT POLICY:
NEW ACCOUNTS: Fax a copy of your current credit references. If current credit references are unavailable, we will fax a blank copy of our credit application for you to fill out and fax back.
TERMS: On approved credit, all accounts are given a "thirty-day-billing" beginning from the date of shipping. All accounts are considered to be delinquent after fourty-five days. All delinquent accounts are placed on hold and processing of all orders are stopped until the account has been brought up to date. After sixty days all unpaid accounts will be considered "Collection Accounts" and in the future will be shipped "C.O.D." Only. "SERVICE CHARGES" will be assessed on all "COLLECTION ACCOUNTS" starting from the original ship date.
RETURNS: All returns must be authorized with a 25% restocking fee. "SPECIAL ORDERS" are considered to be "NONRETURNABLE".
SHIPPING: All diamond plated orders are shipped in seven to ten days (7-10). All resin bond orders are shipped in seven to ten days (7-10). All metal bond orders are shipped in two to three weeks (2-3 weeks). When any order is requested to be expedited, there is a service charge of Twenty Five Percent (25%) of the total value of the order. Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via "UPS".
